Certainly I think it would appease enough investors so that they might be able to get the deal passed.

This is still a winning situation for him, because the Russians will still likely buy out the remaining class B shares at a significant premium once the company is private. Russian Billionaires have no reason to keep the Lindal family on board with the private Viceroy.Mario Rizzihttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04742106502794641355noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7104981984852039283.post-8132298099662289922007-11-03T13:34:00.000-07:002007-11-03T13:34:00.000-07:00I like the idea of possibly getting the offer pric...I like the idea of possibly getting the offer price raised. If the Russians are really serious then there should be no reason not to raise the price by at least a dollar per share. The company is worth even more, so they are still getting a deal.

Or Gaylord Lindal and crew should kick in a little bit of money on their own. They have been making a fortune in salaries these last years, so they can certainly afford too. I'm sure that given Gaylord's age he certainly wants this deal to go through as well.

I say we can get at least $5.50.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
